Walden intends to acquire Movianto business
Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE:OMI) announces today its intention to sell its European logistics business, Movianto, to EHDH Holding Group (EHDH), a privately held French company and one of Europe’s leading providers of healthcare logistics services.
