Key Account Manager

Role

As Key Account Manager you are the main link between our clients and Movianto. You understand your clients operation and their needs and have the commercial feeling to build and maintain long term relations with them. Your strategic vision will help you to develop commercial opportunities within the current corporation.

In this role you will report to the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for a multiple existing International clients. Your objective is to build sustainable long term relationships with clients and grow the business. You will present Movianto in the best possible way, make commercial proposals and negotiate (multiyear) contracts. You will have a good understanding of the clients business and what is important in their business, e.g. price, quality, flexibility, trust, dedication. With your knowledge of healthcare logistic and a pro-active attitude you will offer the client the best logistics solutions. You will be the clients contact for opportunities, performance, deviations and commercial challenges. You will be supported by your colleagues from quality and operations for in-depth knowledge and possibilities. You will optimize client’s results from ongoing assessment with the objective of creating client loyalty and guaranteeing profitable future sales. As a key account manager you analyze the market and the competitor landscape.

Profile

As Key Account Manager within Movianto, you:

  • gained experience in Value Selling and developing customized supply chain solutions;
  • enjoy working in a rapid growing organization;
  • are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • obtained a Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience;
  • have an in-depth understanding of Supply Chains and related Logistics activities including Fulfilment, International Distribution, Order to Cash & Value Added Services;
  • have 5 years’ experience in a commercial role.
