 QP (Qualified Person) 

50% site Aalst – 50% site Houdeng-Goegnies 

Tasks and responsabilities: 

• You are the first point of contact for all quality matters of the production department; the production department performs secondary repackaging. 
• In collaboration with the production manager, you are responsible for monitoring, revising and optimizing production processes in order to bring quality to the highest level; 
• You check and follow up that the activities are always in line with the GMP & GDP legislation; 
• You are responsible for client implementations in terms of production for all quality matters 
• You perform internal audits and self-inspections; 
• You ensure an effective quality management system for GMP activities by managing, executing and following up: deviations, risk assessments, change control, … 
• You perform supplier audits; 
• You will be in charge of the products which require physical importation; 
• You are a real hands-on QP who can often be found “on the floor”; 
• You report to the Quality Manager.

• You have a master’s degree as an industrial pharmacist; 
• You are in possession of a recognized QP number; 
• You have a first experience with QP activities; 
• A good knowledge of logistics and manufacturing processes is desired;

• Of course, quality is very important to you; 
• You are trilingual in Dutch, French and English; 
• You are reliable and have integrity;
