Purpose of the role
This role supports the implementation of the Group’s marketing and communication initiatives with a strong focus on operational activities: events, sales enablement, and content creation for service presentations and campaigns. This role contributes directly to the quality and consistency of Movianto’s service messaging, working closely with internal stakeholders and under the direction of the Marketing and Communication Director.
Key responsibilities
- Operational Marketing Coordination
- Support the deployment of the external marketing and communication roadmap across regions.
- Coordinate projects and activities in collaboration with sales, service leads, and country representatives.
- Follow up on campaign planning, asset production, and cross-team deliverables.
- Event Communication Support
- Prepare and coordinate communication content and materials for industry events, client meetings, and corporate presence at trade fairs and conferences.
- Ensure internal alignment on event messaging and prepare pre-/post-event content as needed (e.g. talking points, summaries, follow-up kits).
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication Director to track activities and results.
- Sales & Service Content Development
- Write, update, and maintain clear and effective content that presents Movianto’s service offering to customers and prospects.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (product owners, sales teams) to collect technical or commercial information and transform it into client-facing language.
- Create sales support materials (e.g. service one-pagers, pitch kits, Q&A support documents, and customer-facing decks).
- Ensure consistent tone and style aligned with brand voice and strategic messaging.
- Content Creation
- Produce high-quality written content that supports the communication of Movianto’s value proposition, expertise, and innovation.
- Adapt complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to business audiences.
- Contribute to the editorial planning and participate in building a library of reusable content assets for communication purposes (e.g. case studies, service narratives, interviews, key messages).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all materials, aligned with Movianto’s tone and communication standards.
- Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Project Manager, who will adapt your content for digital channels (web, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.).
- Ensure that content briefs and assets are shared across teams and reused efficiently in different business contexts (sales, PR, executive communication, etc.).
- Support the alignment of communication across Movianto countries and business units.
- Team management
- The role manages 2 internal resources (Operational Marketing and Communication PM; Digital Marketing PM), as well as external partners.
Office location
The main office location can be at any of the following sites, and a hybrid work scheme applies, in accordance with the policies in place at the Movianto location:

Please note, due to the nature of the role it is of essence for the post holder to be available to travel to other Movianto sites across Europe (up to 4 or 6 days per month maximum).

Experience
- Sound experience in operational marketing and communication, with exposure to a diverse range of missions.
- Must have already worked in setting-up a marketing/communication plan, with budget responsibility.
- A previous exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of our mission in the healthcare sector are a plus.
Required skills and competencies
- Excellent verbal, writing, and editorial skills in English.
- People management skills or with the potential and willingness to grow in a managerial position.
- Familiarity with sales processes and commercial messaging.
- Strong project coordination and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of the graphic design tools available online.
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively work across functions and geographies.
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive mindset to try new solutions, and willing to learn.
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Economics & Business Management, or equivalent experience.
