Quality Coordinator – Aalst & Houdeng-Goegnies

Purpose of the role :

For our Walden QHSE Director in charge of GDP Transport based in Belgium, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to play an important part within a team, which leads cross division QE duties and supports GDP Transport QE Directors/Managers of all BUs. Directly reporting to GDP Transport QHSE Director, the role supports the daily quality related activities within the Group allocating tasks as required.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Point of reference for Walden QE tools’ (Bizzmine), support for application at Walden GDP Transport level, coordinates deployment and appropriate usage by all the BUs in scope (codification, validation, maintenance, troubleshooting )
  • Monitoring ISO (9001/14001/13485/45001) and GDP certification across GDP Transport
  • Supporting GDP Transport reports and KPI update and release, and coordinating the BUs actions and reporting
  • Supporting environment actions of Bus in scope, and coordinating deployment of the Walden environment policy at the BUs level.
  • Participating to the definition, maintenance and updating of the QE training modules, coordinating the deployment in all of the countries and BUs together with QE heads
  • Harmonizing, collecting and summarizing of the GDP Transport community’s KPI’s and dashboard
  • Supporting and monitoring GDP Transport’s audit plan (internal, cross division, external) creation and completion
  • Maintaining, updating and disseminating GDP Transport organigram, policy, QE manual, and other Quality documents at GDP Transport level
  • Leading or monitoring various projects, initiatives and actions
  • Supporting to annual Walden management review, quarterly Walden QE meetings, monthly GDP Transport Quality meetings and monthly Quality touchpoints, and all meetings necessary to conduct the missions and collect the minutes.
  • Assisting the GDP Transport QHSE Director in in the management of the Quality community
  • Participating to cross division activities, projects and processes (ex: validation process, lobbying, ..)
  • Other duties may be assigned by the company as deemed necessary.

 

Education & skills

 

  • Third level degree with an emphasis of health sciences or relevant technical field
  • 2-3 years     work     experience     in     Quality     Assurance     or     Quality Systems          in           the Logistics/Transportation
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of quality and environment systems
  • Knowledgeable about process, procedure and quality system development and maintenance
  • Thorough understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485/45001 and/or GDP
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Medical devices industry is a plus
  • Experience with electronic quality system software as System Administrator is a plus
  • Attentive to detail, structured, and self-motivated person, passionate about quality and environment
  • A results-orientated individual who is comfortable in dealing with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and raise hand when necessary
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all parties (internal departments, management, and regulatory authorities)
  • Ability lead routine work and project
  • Ability to work (partially) in a remote mode
  • Proficiency in English and French or Dutch

 

Work location: Aalst or Houdeng-Goegnies (Belgium).
