Movianto transforms its management team to strengthen its Customer Experience even further

Paris, 9 January 2023 – Movianto, Europe’s leading pharmaceutical distributor, is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicolas Virmoux to the management team of its French subsidiary. Nicolas Virmoux will take on the role of Customer Experience Director, a newly created position with the aim of reinforcing customer focus and satisfaction within Movianto France. The main objectives of this new role include improving the customer journey and quality at every stage, developing innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer, and consolidating Movianto’s European approach in terms of solutions and support.

 

“The creation of the position of Customer Experience Director comes in a context of rapid growth in our business, increasing complexity of the supply chain and ever greater specialisation on the part of our laboratory customers. I am very pleased to be entrusting this mission to Nicolas Virmoux, who, in addition to his enthusiasm and commitment, will bring his market expertise and a fresh perspective to our organisation,” says Nicolas Richer, President of Movianto in France.

With his international background and responsibilities in Sales, Operations and, more recently, in General Management, Nicolas Virmoux has demonstrated his ability to understand and anticipate changes in the distribution of medicines and medical devices in France and Europe. His experience in managing the Covid-19 crisis has also given him an in-depth understanding of the management of strategic stocks for health authorities.
